Elusive Scottish Dill Doe Spotted Roaming Highland Bush
For the first time in 28 years, hikers in the Highlands have reported a sighting of the rare Scottish Deer Species. The Dill Doe is a slippery, green furred deer with a pattern that strongly resembles a dill pickle and smells faintly of vinegar. Locals say it just looks like trouble. It’s also known to charge and headbutt unsuspecting hillwalkers on sight, usually in the worst possible place.
“Aye, I’m the one that spotted it and attempted to take the Dill Doe up the Glen. Still walking funny,” said one traumatised hillwalker.
Please observe from a distance, and whatever you do, don’t let it approach from behind. While the Dill Doe has occasionally been spotted in pairs in decades past, there have been no recent sightings of its elusive male counterpart, the equally rare and considerably more intrusive Buck Plug.
