Proverbs 19:9 - A f a l s e witness shall not be unpunished, and he that speaketh lies shall p e r i s h.FALSEHOOD: Many Christians are s t r u g g l i n g in their spiritual life, why?They don’t r e a l i z e that God’s love will not condone sin(s).Once you r e a l i z e God judges your sinfulness (reap what you sowed) then you should realize what is happening in your life.Now, how does God j u d g e your sinfulness? God will allow your sin to c o n t r o l you, until you repent and correct your lies and deception. If you r e f u s e to repent then your sin controls you. It brings misery, sleeplessness, anger, bitterness, hatred, and the desire to hide or isolate yourself from God, Church and other Christians. All sins can be f o r g i v e n, but forgiveness doesn’t r e m o v e consequences of sin. EXAMPLES:Adam and Even ate the Forbidden fruit. They confessed, but they still were told to leave the garden, never to return. Adam and Eve both were c u r s e d with different consequences: Adam: The ground is c u r s e. You will sweat. You will work. Eve: You will be in s u b j e c t i o n to your husband, you will have pain in Child birth.Serpent: Upon your belly you will go and dust shalt thou eat all the days of they life.King David (2 Samuel 12:10): After a r r a n g i n g the death of Uriah, God told the King that the Sword will n e v e r depart from your house.These are just a few e x a m p l e s of consequences for sin.God will j u d g e the rebellious Christians with y o u r very own deceitfulness of y o u r sin.Now, how to have victory: R E P E N T A N C E. This one word is hated by the sinner and even most preachers r e f u s e to preach on it since it means defining sin and it’s consequences in your life.Repentance is what r e s t o r e s your fellowship w i t h God and others. Without it, you face the full judgments from God.Repentance will not always r e m o v e all the judgements from God but it lessens the severity of what you’ve s o w n. Now, don’t be the f o o l, which is the person who believes they can live in their sin without confessing it, without repentance, and then never considering the need to correct their overwhelming lies, deceits and falsehoods.
