As CONGRESS WILL NEVER CLEAR ITS PLATE AS MORE CRAP IS DUMPED ON IT. Congress works on the TOP and works down. Getting AWFUL SMELLY at the BOTTOM. As CONGRESS dose NOT stay in SESSION to PASS MUCH nor HAVE HEARINGS TO INVESTIGATE AND PASS LAWS OR PASS LEGISTATION to STOP or FIX WRONGS. If a water pipe was broken and CONGRESS had to fix it. It'd NEVER GET FIXED. Thus same as PROGRAMS and GOVERNMENT AGENCIES WHO CRY FOR MORE MONEY TO WASTE. As DEMOCRATS bring in A SPENDING BILL, that would TAKE MONTHS TO READ to find out what's in it.
