ROCKOLLECTIONS: JOHN AND MARY PT.4 END It's Celebrate Your Name, The Finale- and we've had John and Mary as surrogates for all of us. Just finished Mary, so I will conclude this short Series with John. Beginning with a set of tunes where the name John or Johnny is not in the Song Title, but he is the Protagonist! To close it all out, a Rocked-Up Traditional Folk Song about giving up Alcohol, Booze, Hootch, Moonshine, etc.! And just a little bit of a very very odd B-side to a hit single in 1967. There are so many songs left over, we'll have to check and see how John and Mary are doing at some future date. This Series was fun for me. I hope it was half as much for you!
