As the US Military is Looking like it's possibly could be heading to another Down Size in Personnel and Equipment, to include the US NAVY loosing combat Ships to Retirement without replacements. While China's Military is increasing its Military and Naval Combat Ships. Apparently the US could be headed to a Harden Border to ensure the Control of National Security. It needs THE Security as Civil Authority is limited vs the Military Control. Unfortunately, Courts will get involved along with Civil Lawyers attempting to intervene with rights by those invading this Nation.
