Matthew 7:20 - “Wherefore by t h e i r fruits ye shall k n o w them.”
YOUR FRUITS: They d e f i n e who and what you are before God and man.,
A person can not and will not be s e p a r a t e d from their fruits.
Jude 1:12 - Twice Dead
“These are s p o t s in your feasts of charity, when they feast with you, feeding themselves w i t h o u t fear: clouds they are w i t h o u t water, carried about of winds; trees whose fruit withereth, w i t h o u t fruit, twice dead, plucked up by the roots;”
The Book of Jude is e x p l i c i t and to the point: Those, who have no fruit, are called:
1. Spots
2. Without Fear
3. Carried about
4. Fruit withereth
5. Without Fruit
6. Twice Dead
7. Plucked up by the roots
Now, what does all the above mean?
It means that many 'p r e t e n d' to be a Christian.
A Christian is a l s o known by their fruit and it d i f f e r s from the above:
Galatians 5:22 But the f r u i t of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, longsuffering, gentleness, goodness, faith,
Vs 23 Meekness, temperance: against such there is no law.
Vs 24 - And they t h a t a r e Christ's have crucified the flesh with the affections and lusts.
Verse 24 - "They that are" Christ have done something: crucified the flesh through salvation and the allowing the Holy Spirit to lead and guide their life.
They, that are n o t of Christ, still live 'in' the flesh.
Their fruit is what is listed above from the book of Jude.
