Galatians 5:.16 This I say then, W a l k in the Spirit, and ye shall not f u l f i l the lust of the flesh.17 For the flesh lusteth a g a i n s t the Spirit, and the Spirit against the flesh: and these are c o n t r a r y the one to the other: so that ye cannot do the things that ye would.CONTRARY:The Spirit & the Flesh will n e v e r agree.The S p i r i t and the Flesh will always present a s t r u g g l e with life.The Spirit knows the 'will of God', and the flesh will d i r e c t you away from the 'will of God'.Now, what the r e s u l t s of listening to the flesh over the Spirit of God?Once you make the c h o i c e to listen to your flesh, then there are consequences i n s t e a d of blessings.God will allow c o n s e q u e n c e s to reign in your life while you seek for his Blessings. Galatians 6:8 - For he that s o w e t h to his flesh shall of the flesh reap corruption; but he that s o w e t h to the Spirit shall of the Spirit reap life everlasting.
