That's how it works. That's how they treat you. Been a couple times I cancelled and they offered me the discount to stay with them. I said "why didn't you just do that to begin with?" Cancelled anyway cause they'd just up it again in a couple months.

I just use my 48.00 a month internet for TV & phone, laptop.. My phone service I pay 182.00 once a yr for unlimited talk & text. Been very satisfied.
