Senator Bato dela Rosa, former head of the Philippine National Police during the "war on drugs" carried out by former Philippine President Rodrigo Duterte is a major hypocrite and coward.
One moment he will "talk tough" and the next be "crying" for protection from current Philippine President Marcos and the president of the Philippine senate against a potential warrant for his arrest from the ICC.
It is disgusting and shameless behavior, but par for the course with him.
