Now that former Philippine President Duterte is in the custody of the ICC he can either stay in the ICC detention center in a "cell" that is far better than 90% of the typical condo's in the Philippines (not to mention 100% of Philippine detention centers) that includes ON-SITE access to world-class medical support OR choose "house arrest" in a personally rented location near the Hauge.
This makes claims of alleged "mistreatment" by Interpol and the ICC fall totally flat don't you think?
