What isn't getting much coverage in the arrest of former Philippine President Duterte on crimes against humanity by the ICC is the judges involved in issuing the warrant and their affiliations.
This article from ABS-CBN is a good place to start and as you look into this more you have to wonder if, at some point, the Democrats and "deep state" would not have tried to pull something like this to stop President Donald Trump from being reelected.
