6/15/2019 - Tiny bluets (Houstonia pusilla) - I'm finally getting somewhere with these early spring wild flowers that bloomed in the front lawn four months ago, in February. I didn't think I would ever get them identified. They are so tiny and delicate, about 1/4" in diameter, have 4 petals, and only grows no more than about 6" tall. If you zoom way in on the first photo with the single flower, you sure enough can see the yellow center.(Photos taken 15 Feb 2019)Hoo Hoo Acres, Southeast Texas
