1/4/2019 - A trek through Claiborne Park in Vidor, Texas, with grandie #5, my photography buddy ...just playing around with my new camera lens. What a trip! We not only saw an Osprey, but we saw it take off and heard its cry. I sure wish I could have recorded it. This is the first Osprey I've ever seen anywhere. Unfortunately, it was the only living thing we did see out there, as you can tell by the photos. Pretty much all we saw were corks stuck in trees.
