Our forefathers enshrined FREEDOM OF SPEECH as the first and most important RIGHT for a reason. The British would interfere with distribution (REACH)of colonial news papers and publications including dispatch riders, the British would also confiscate printing presses and even burn the buildings down to censor publications. SO FREEDOM OF SPEECH MUST INCLUDE REACH FOR WITHOUT REACH FREEDOM OF SPEECH IS USELESS!
