6/9/2018 - So, there are over 5,500 different kinds of dragonflies, and about 450 are found here in the U.S. Looks like I have a job to do...here's #1...lol...Great Blue Skimmer - I saw it along the woods next to the house, and just like "Google" says, it was very approachable. He, or she, is still young because it was fairly small still. These are the largest of all the different Skimmer dragonflies, and I'm pretty sure I saw the grandpappy yesterday behind the coop, but, no picture. Maybe I'll catch him later.
