While this lawfare is despicable as well as troubling, it is going to backfire on the Democrats, RINOs, and deep state. Why? Because they failed to learn their lesson with their lawfare efforts against President Trump that resulted his reelection in 2024. These current efforts are exposing them and all their complicit judges and will lead to increased calls for reforms to reign in "activist" judges and impeach of every single one of them.
