Carnivore Sausage Gravy1 pound sausage4 ounces cream cheese1 cup heavy whipping creamSalt and pepper to taste (I don't think it needs extra salt)1. Cook the sausage in a skillet until done.2. Cut up 1/2 block of cream cheese (4 ounces) and place it inwith the sausage. Allow the cream cheese to soften whilestirring it into the sausage.3. Add 1 cup heavy whipping cream and stir until well combined.Cook on low. It will thicken as it cooks.4. We serve this over scrambled eggs or over steak fries. You can make carnivore biscuits to serve if you like.
