Carnivore Sausage Gravy
1 pound sausage
4 ounces cream cheese
1 cup heavy whipping cream
Salt and pepper to taste (I don't think it needs extra salt)
1. Cook the sausage in a skillet until done.
2. Cut up 1/2 block of cream cheese (4 ounces) and place it in
with the sausage. Allow the cream cheese to soften while
stirring it into the sausage.
3. Add 1 cup heavy whipping cream and stir until well combined.
Cook on low. It will thicken as it cooks.
4. We serve this over scrambled eggs or over steak fries. You can make carnivore biscuits to serve if you like.
