No, that's not George Soros. Soros was in his early teens in WWII, the officer in the pic is in his mid 20s I'd say. Soros (Jew) was in hiding with a Christian family and did partake in the Nazi's stripping Jews of their personal property though. He's an evil man any way you slice it.
