He did no such thing. By ending DEI, he actually restored the EEO Act.
DEI is nothing less than a euphemism for reverse discrimination.
By eliminating DEI, all discrimination is illegal - which is exactly what the Equal Employment Opportunity Act does; i.e., makes discrimination illegal.
