A California Memory... Dining at the Beverly Hills HotelAt least 3 or 4 times a year Connie and I would have lunch on the Polo Lounge Patio Seating. Loved their seafood salad.At dinner inside the Lounge Dining Room. The steak was prepared to perfection, and the waitress would bring a coffee press to the table and prepare coffee to your taste. No... never saw a celebrity (that w)e recognized)
