This "quiet quitting" is DEFINITELY going to happen as well as the Federal Employee Union taking that EO to court.
Also, look for a sharp increase in ADA requests for "exception" from the EO so they can "work from home."
Sadly, that will cast a dark shadow over those with LEGTIMATE issues that prevent them from doing "on site" work but are still excellent employees.
