They don't need a "refresher on Cyber Awareness" at all.
What they "need" is to face a FORMAL court martial for violation of the UCMJ for willful use of a "known" foreign intelligence platform on 01/20/2025 or once Pete Hegseth is sworn in as Secretary of Defense.
There is NO EXCUSE for this behavior out of members of the US military and they need to face hard consequences for their actions!
