LA has looked like a third world country for years, homeless on the streets crapping in sidewalks in stores & tents on the sidewalks & garbage everywhere, rats even in the most expensive restaurants.🙄🤦 Now for the earthquake to shake the garbage loose & wash it out to sea.🙄
