And likewise you could have sued the police department! They have to have probable cause! Walmart should have had to show them some type of evidence that they suspected you of shoplifting!

I will tell you this, if they ever call the cops on me for not stopping and letting them illegally search my bags etc, I'm going to sue the hell out of Walmart, and depending on the officers behavior I may sue the police department as well!
