My favorite way to make great pot roast. 2 large Chuck Roasts cut into 3 inch cubes. 1 large heaping teaspoon of minced garlic and 2 cups of beef broth made with 2 heaping tablespoons of Better than Bullion beef based. I know that's strong but with all that meat making broth of its own it will come out perfect. Cook in the instant pot for 60 minutes on high pressure then quick release. Will be fork tender and the best pot roast you have ever had.....
