Just beyond Mars is the Asteroid Belt, millions of huge broken billiard balls smashed by Jupiter's gravity. Sometimes one gets flung out and hits Earth. A Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT)-led team just found a way to detect them 100 times better than before, using NASA's James Webb Space Telescope.
