Ephesians 6:12 - For we wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this world, against spiritual w i c k e d n e s s in high places. WRESTLE: The devil will continually e n t i c e you with various fruits from his arsenal of sins. Those enticements can f e e d the flesh and create a hunger for habits that are outside the will of God for you.So, if the Church/Christian is not v i g i l a n t to the tactics of the devil, sin will creep into your life, take root, and overtake your thoughts in your life. Therefore, the Church/Christian must be v i g i l a n t to the devil's tactics. If not, those sins that have crept into your life will not only take root but blossom. The consequences are e n o r m o u s. As sins enter it naturally c r e a t e s an absence of God's words or the desire to hear the preaching of God's word. Thus it will produce a void within the thoughts and ways of man that are now filled with the lyrics of the devil as he plays his flute for your ears to distract your thoughts for God.Consequently, that a b s e n c e of God's words produces an affect: Man will glorify SIN and then SIN will be seen as normal.
