Now that's a shame... a damned shame. Denied on the basis of a technicality... NOT on the merits... NOT because anything in the lawsuit was wrong... NOT because they didn't cheat in those four states... NOT because they didn't steal the election for Biden, but because the laws broken in those four states just don't technically justify a lawsuit from Texas. Nice. #BidenWillNeverBeMyPresident
