Does anyone remember this exact same debate went on back in 2015-16 after the scandal with Disney broke?
There was similar talk about getting rid of the "lottery" along with other potential changes to the system, but it was "all talk, no action" as usual.
It was only the announcement of @realDonaldTrump officially running for POTUS that knocked it out of the "headlines" if I recall correctly.
