A Collect for Christmas Day ALMIGHTY GOD, thou hast given thy only begotten Son to take our nature upon him, and to be born [on this day] of a pure Virgin: Grant that we, who hath been born again and made thy children by adoption and grace, may daily be renewed by thy Holy Spirit; through our Lord Jesus Christ, to whom with thee and the same Spirit be honor and glory, Now and Forever, Indeed. AMEN
