A Collect for Christmas Eve LORD GOD, ALMIGHTY AND EVERLASTING FATHER, we give thanks to thee as we wait in anticipation and in expectancy for the Birth of thy Son, our Savior Christ Jesus: We praise thee for thy love and thy blessings for this celebration as we shall welcome thy Great Gift onto this world, and to witness his Glory and his Grace in our lives; through him who lives and reigns with thee and the Holy Spirit, One God, In Glory Everlasting, Indeed.
