Good news!
US 421 between Boone and Mountain City is OFFICIALLY OPEN!!!
Earlier this week crews began paving the final sections of roadway and myTDOT officially announced it open today. This has been a monumental undertaking and we are so thankful for our many incredible partners on this project including Baker Construction Services, Summers Taylor Construction, Guardian Retention Systems and numerous others.
