This easy mini gimbap always takes me back to streets of Korea, especially Gwangjang Market in Seoul, where the merchants came up with the idea to serve these little guys with a sweet and tangy hot mustard sauce. Now everywhere as a street food! Good news is that you can easily make these at home. It really takes no effort to roll up these little guys. Vegan!
