I don't know how we did either. It's not that we were necessarily reckless but we did do stuff that would kill these kids today. Maybe we survived because we were more focused, alert, physical and experienced....

Been there - done that.Even with all the supposed dangers we were way better off than young people today.

We did that because we had no fear and the parents didn't tell us not to do it. And mostly because it was fun, enjoyable, sometimes like a competition. We had no fear, we were physically more fit and more focused on what we were doing.
