Mark HerringHave you reviewed the evidence against the battleground states?Do you know that there are hundreds of pages of sworn affidavits, from hundreds of people facing perjury charges should they have lied?Do you know that many states illegally changed their election process and deadlines, circumventing their legislatures?Do you know that Texas (among other states) rejected Dominion voting systems, because their own manuals showed ways to delete votes?Do you know there have been concerns about Dominion and Smartmatic for years?Did you know that Democrats warned about Dominion voting systems having security issues in the past?Have you even read the lawsuit from Texas or the Brief of the states joining Texas?Review the evidence. I presume you haven't since you claim you would "NEVER join" the lawsuit, when it is founded in constitutional law.Do your research. Join the lawsuit. Do not take a partisan side without reviewing evidence again; as an Attorney General who should not be partisan, nor political, but who should be legalistic. The constitution is the supreme law of our nation. Our states must provide a Republican form of government, and our states must set up their election rules via their legislature, they may not circumvent the representatives of the people.If you cannot be legalistic as an Attorney General, then you should step down.Sincerely,Mark D.
