Steak and ice cream 🍨 medium rare ribeye with homemade ice cream. The ice cream is just 5 egg yolks and one cup of cream with salt. I whipped it and put in a freezer bag, no churning. Turned out great 🥩✨POST EDIT ___This steak is hot not cold.Some high-end steak houses will put a small scoop of homemade ice cream on their steak, this is not new.Some people put ice cream on their hot apple pie or dessert so the idea of putting cold ice cream on something hot is also not new.**The ice cream has no sugar. **I have the recipe below and it tastes kind of like cookie dough with egg yolks despite not having any sugar. This ice cream is not like frozen butter nor does it taste like frozen butter.I have been trying to respond to all the comments asking how I made the ice cream. It is a bit difficult because I also get notifications of comments of people expressing how “stupid” this is. Wastes my time as this post is for people who are interested in it. I don’t tag anyone in my posts or mention their name, so it is not about what anyone likes or does not like. It is also not a poll.RECIPE: 5 egg yolks mixed with one cup of cream and salt to taste. Put in freezer bag in freezer. After the first 20 minutes take out and make sure there are no lumps. Then put it back till it’s fully frozen.=
