Caramelized pineapple bowls prepared over live fire, with gargantuan double-bone moroccan-spiced lamb chops and jumbo U6 Tiger Prawns loaded over a tender bed of jasmine rice, charred meyer lemon and cherry tomatoes. Finished with a garden of fresh herbs, black sesame, a sweet and spicy splash of sriracha, and all served alongside two handfuls of ice cold, locally-crafted lagers!! Life doesn't get much better than this!!
