THE YEAR IS 2024. There are some STATES that are STILL IN THE STONE AGE. Apparently THEY CAN'T COUNT OR TOO CROOKED TO CHANGE. While the REST of the Mighty United States SITS WAITING ON THESE HOLD OUTS. THAT THE FAULT OF THESE STATES GOVERNMENT. MILLIONS UPON MILLIONS OF BALLOTS HAVE BEEN COUNTED BY STATES ALREADY, BUT NOW WAIT ON HOLD OUTS. Apparently they need a boot to get off their ASS and get the JOB DONE OR GET OUT OF OFFICE.
