"BE WHERE GOD IS WORKING" I read where someone tried to justify so-called "revival movements" by saying that people just want to "be where God is working." Seriously? If that were true, then they would see the need to stay put and not travel anywhere since God is already doing His work in the hearts and lives all all believers, if only we will let Him have His way . . . "Being confident of this very thing, that he which hath begun a good work in you will perform it until the day of Jesus Christ." (Philippians 1:6) "And what is the exceeding greatness of his power to us-ward who believe, according to the working of his mighty power." (Ephesians 1:19) "Now unto him that is able to do exceeding abundantly above all that we ask or think, according to the power that worketh in us." (Ephesians 3:20) "For it is God which worketh in you both to will and to do of his good pleasure." (Philippians 2:13) "For this cause also thank we God without ceasing, because, when ye received the word of God which ye heard of us, ye received it not as the word of men, but as it is in truth, the word of God, which effectually worketh also in you that believe." (I Thessalonians 2:13) "Make you perfect in every good work to do his will, working in you that which is wellpleasing in his sight, through Jesus Christ; to whom be glory for ever and ever. Amen." (Hebbews 13:21) "But let patience have her perfect work, that ye may be perfect and entire, wanting nothing." (James 1:4) If you want to be where God is working, I have some good news for you: YOU'RE ALREADY THERE. Stay there . . . and stay out of the way. You just might become a tree PLANTED by the waters that brings forth fruit that pleases God (Psa. 1:3). You might actually learn to depend on GOD instead of someone's meeting.
