What Are You Sowing In The Seed Bed Of Your Heart?Galatians 6:7-8“Be not deceived; God is not mocked: for whatsoever a man soweth, that shall he also reap. For he that soweth to his flesh shall of the flesh reap corruption; but he that soweth to the Spirit shall of the Spirit reap life everlasting.”Around where I live some of the farmers are getting ready to sow their crop of winter wheat. They are readying the soil and I am sure they have purchased good, pure seed in which they will sow. It is important to have good soil to sow in and it is equally important to have good seed to sow.In Matthew chapter 13 Jesus gives parables about soil and sowing good seed. I am convinced that whatever a person sows in the seed bed or their heart they will one day reap. We always reap what we sow!What do you think one will reap if everyday they sow the good seed of God’s Word in their heart?Is the Word of God, the Bible, of man’s flesh or is It of the Holy Spirit?It is of the Holy Spirit (2 Timothy 3:16). Therefore when you are daily sowing the good seed of the Word of God in your heart it stands to reason in truth that within time you will reap the good fruit of that good seed.I cannot emphasize enough the importance of a daily time in God’s Word for the Christian! A person’s heart is like a seed bed and whatever you sow in the seed bed of your heart you will one day reap. Daily sow in your heart the seed of God’s Word!
