#Repost 3 Years ago I joined the HAARP team in Alaska as an associate professor and I’m proud to say that we have managed to develop a new controlled microwave beam called Zenith Aligned Precision Power Appliance (ZAPPA for short). With the ZAPPA we now have the ability to control not just the beamwidth, but also the angle of the beam with pin point laser accuracy. In simple terms, we can aim the ZAPPA at one of our satellites and reflect the beam back down onto a layer of chem cloud and quite literally cut it up to any shape we desire. This now allows us to strategically target a specific area. We can use a map overlay to program the beam to cover a particular neighbourhood or park, right down to a single residence. Just think of the possibilities.We look forward to working with chemtrail pilots from around the world to create some highly effective spray patterns.😉
