The safe act was just a fundraising scam. If he was really serious about it he would attach it to a “must pass bill” and be willing to partially shut down the government to pass it but he’s not cuz his loyalties lie with Israel, Ukraine, AIPAC, defense contractors who make a lot of money on wars to defend Israel that never end.
