HOLDOUTS WANTS THEIR PET WASTE FUNDING INCLUDED IN THE DAM SPENDING BILL. PUTTING THEIR WASTE ABOVE OUR TROOPS GETTING PAID. Turn around fair play. Pass the bill and then defund the WASTE.
