Servant of The Lord: the importance of your work has nothing to do with the size of your audience. Imagine how the heavenly choir felt that night outside Bethlehem, when they arrived to present the concert for which they had long been preparing, to discover their audience was a few measley shepherds, most of whom could not carry a tune and did not know one note from another. The concert was amazingly brief. --Did an angel say, "Just a cotton-picking minute! We practiced all that time and came all this distance, for....that???" --Answer: No. The angels thought being faithful was sufficient. Now, the next time your crowd is small, think of that choir and give it your all.
