The Straight Scoop about what's going on with today's Judicial Ruling in PA...Pastor Carl Gallups says:HERE'S WHAT ALL THE HULLABALOO IS ABOUT, concerning the PA Judge who issued a SHOCK ruling late Friday night.... (according to a Bloomberg News report - and laid out in a NewsMax article)****************************PA Judge Patricia McCullough , who on Nov. 25, blocked the state from going forward with additional steps that might be required to certify the state's presidential vote, has now issued a legal written opinion asserting that changes to the Pennsylvania's mail-in balloting procedures were likely illegal.Her order is now delayed while the Pennsylvania Supreme Court considers the case. The PA Supreme Court will now need to hear this case on an expedited basis. It was filed by Pennsylvania Republicans. Friday night's legal opinion provides the judge's reasoning for ordering a temporary delay in the PA certification process - that was apparently going to go ahead after a ruling in another court earlier that day, that the certification could begin. NOW - it will have to stop, until the PN Supreme Court rules.It is also appears that further steps in the process could also be delayed. The plaintiffs suggested there were several of those steps, including determining the PA assembly of electors that would report to the Dec. 14 federal Electoral College.So, we continue to watch and wait.... and pray.I hope this helps you understanding of the matter.
