Joe Biden To The Rescue Cartoon published 09/03/2024 Kamala’s campaign for president isn’t going all that well and Tampon Tim’s lying hasn’t helped. Joe Biden has been on vacation for weeks, but now he’s coming to rescue the presidential campaign for Harris and Walz. Joe spoke at her rally and once again came off as an angry old man that was mad that he was woke up from a nap. As it turned out, Kamala is a terrible public speaker. She’s incapable of thinking quickly on her feet. Without a monitor, she produces odd word combinations with a strange cadence—as if she were talking to 2nd graders. She switched back and forth between local accents as she read her teleprompter in two different cities, two different accents. The problem is, Joe Biden isn’t any better. He’s back to yelling again with his wide-open unblinking eyes. Juiced up on joy juice perhaps. When Biden goes off script, there’s no telling what strange tales and lies might emanate from his scrambled brain. From cannibals to civil rights, when Biden says “no joke” it’s usually not true.
