America’s Future Files SCOTUS Brief in West Virginia Medicaid Class Action On August 28, 2024, America’s Future filed an Amicus brief with the Supreme Court in support of West Virginia officials in a case challenging the exclusion of certain surgeries, including gender transformation procedures, under the state’s Medicaid statute.
