I pointed this out on social media a few years ago, AGAIN - The role of a Boss, Manager, CEO is to guide the people in the right direction, individually, to help to bring out their highest potential, be the better version of themselves. A person who is rude, aggressive, violent in his or her manner, tone,language is NOT a Boss, Chief etc. THAT IS AN ABUSE OF POWER, THAT PERSON IS A BULLY. Unfortunately you will find them in the school yard, class rooms, every where and now in the offices 🤨 THE JANITOR IS AS IMPORTANT AS THE CEO, the CEO needs the janitor to do his/her job properly, keep the place clean or the CEO will not focus, function in an unhealthy environment and be able to get on with his role on running a prosperous company🌻the janitor needs his CEO to run the office successfully in order to earn a decent wage💎
