AREAS CONTROLLED BY THE TALIBAN WAS NOT DESTROYED AND ALLOWED TO REMAIN. CIVILIANS DID NOT INFORM the Were abouts of hidden TALIBAN among the People. Then finely the MILITARY WAS NOT IN CONTROL AS ITS WAS ANOTHER POLITICAL WAR. ANOTHER VET NAM.
