SERIOUS QUESTIONS
What exactly is an "assault firearm?" Please provide a legal definition/description of what classifies as an assault firearm.
Of the two rifles pictured, would you classify either one as an assault firearm and if you do, or, don't, please give a reason why.

There is no legal definition, only an emotional one. Assault is an action, not a thing. That's the same weapon in both pics. Ruger 10/22 rimfire however if the suppressor is real then that would be a NFA item.
